OK Power - German ecolabel

Ecohz offers OK POWER-certified Guarantees of Origin (GOs) from electricity production that meets the following criteria from January 2026:

• Sourced from 100% renewable sources.
• From power plants that do not receive ongoing governmental support or are eligible under mainstream subsidy schemes. 
• From generators with no significant financial involvement in nuclear, coal or non-hydrogen-ready gas power plants (per OK Power ownership criteria).

Elective criteria (optional, for additional contribution): To demonstrate support for new capacity, certificates may be sourced from plants below certain commissioning age thresholds — e.g.,  Hydropower: 8 years, Wind power: 4 years, Photovoltaics: 5 years, Biomass: 4 years, Geothermal: 8 years or extended via PPA financing terms.
