Ecohz announces acquisition by Caely Renewables

Oslo/Amsterdam, 19 January 2026 – Ecohz announced today that it has been acquired by Caely Renewables, a leading renewable energy company focused on accelerating the global energy transition. The acquisition brings together two organizations with complementary strengths and a shared commitment to accelerating the global energy transition.
