Increasing demand for renewable energy results in decreasing demand for energy from fossil and nuclear sources. Sales and marketing of renewable energy targeting electricity suppliers is therefore crucial for reaching my goal of changing energy behaviour, moving towards a more sustainable energy consumption and production.”
Birgit works as Head of Products in ECOHZ. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Management BI, with a major in International Business and a Master of Science in Marketing Management from University of Surrey in England. Having graduated from University of Surrey, she started her career in a Japanese trading conglomerate in London, Mitsui & Co Europe Plc., where she worked with research and business development for four years before starting in ECOHZ.
