ECOHZ

ECOHZ is a leading provider of renewable energy in Europa, working primarily through an extensive network of partners in selected European countries.

Partners in ECOHZ network fall into one of four partner categories.

PRODUCERS. ECOHZ source renewable energy from a wide array of power producers in Europe. A large volume of renewable production is currently realized in Norway and the other Nordic countries, thus ECOHZ sources a large share from production in this geographic area. It has longterm agreements with more than 25 producers - providing energy from hydro, wind and biomass. Increasingly ECOHZ is also providing renewable energy from other European markets, and is actively looking for partners in all European markets.

DISTRIBUTORS. ECOHZ markets and sells its CleanPower products through more than 60 distributors in 12 European countries. ECOHZ provides a product package and with extensive energy, commercial and environmental documentation. Distributors resell CleanPower to its local business and private customers.

Distributor agreements come in two forms. One is a long-term framework agreement, with indicative sales volumes and prices pre-agreed. The other is an agreement to cooperate on a case-to-case basis.

SALES AGENTS. Agents work on behalf of ECOHZ, and work on commission basis.

SALES PARTNERS. Sales Partners work similarly to agents, but normally complement own products with CleanPower to its own customers. Partners also work on commision basis, but sales are normally realized jointly with ECOHZ.
